Eight Week Educational Holistic Fertility & Reproductive Health Program
How It Works

This eight-week educational program is the tip of the iceberg when it comes to actually conceiving, but it will put you onto the path of not only conceiving naturally and holistically, but that of healing your entire reproductive system and associated organs. In most cases we focus on four weeks of liver and dietary cleansing education followed by four weeks of enhancing fertility education, but every case is different and depending on your individual needs, we may just solely focus on cleansing, regulating the menses and reducing premenstrual symptoms. I’ve also worked with people who just knew they wanted to have children in the future and wanted the information on how to begin getting healthy for that now. This educational program is custom tailored to your needs.
On average, I work with people for eight to 36 weeks, and during this period I have seen significant improvements in mind-body health. I have seen successful natural and IVF pregnancies, I have seen menstrual cramps completely cease, mood swings disappear, libido and self-care increase, excess weight come off, healthier skin, more energy and the list goes on! So yes, it can happen fast! The successful individuals are those who really commit, who meet with me every single week, who hold strong and follow their custom dietary and herbal protocols and especially those who change the way they are thinking and remain open during the mindfulness sessions.
It is my goal to give you all the tools and knowledge that I have acquired during my 15 years as a certified herbalist and certified flower essence practitioner, so that after your eight weeks are finished, you can continue this work on your own. Each educational call will provide you with unconditional support, easy to manage tools and a deeper understanding of the capabilities of your own body and mind, and that of our miraculous universe/God too.
You will receive multiple documents/emails with your custom protocols, recipes, links for herbs and tools to support, weekly check-ins (however I am in almost daily contact with most students), flower formulas, and a wealth of information to propel your healing and understanding of your body’s unique beauty and path to homeostasis.

Can’t commit to an intensive eight weeks? This option is to purchase three one-hour calls in regards to supporting your healing journey in holistic fertility and reproductive health. This offering does not include a custom-made protocol, no emails, links or formulas. These are strictly educational calls full of information to propel you on your path of self-healing. Hearing your story I will share tools, herbal and dietary guidelines, homeopathic remedies, properly removing endocrine disruptors and safely detoxing if needed.

This is a minimum eight week commitment that requires you to be fully committed to taking care of your body and mind in several natural ways. You will be given the following:
Custom dietary protocol
Custom herbal and homeopathic protocol
Custom daily flower essence and protocol
Recipes, links, and daily support
Weekly one hour educational and encouraging phone calls
The incredible opportunity to cleanse, heal and conceive naturally and/or to heal reproductive imbalances.
What’s Not Included: You will be required to purchase your herbs, formulas, supplements and tools. This is not included in your fee but averages $100-$300 for the 8 week program depending on your needs. You will receive links where to purchase these in your custom protocols.

Our first session will take two hours; here we will go over your diet, health, lab work, lifestyle, post and current reproductive health, medications, relationships and more.
From this initial session, I will create your custom protocols. Putting this together takes on average three hours (case by case basis) and after the initial four weeks, the protocol changes and you will receive another custom protocol (another three hours).
Our second session will be at least two hours, and we will go over your protocols, what to do, and what to expect.
This will be followed by six one-hour educational calls.

Fertility services are priced at $125 per hour.
Initial two-hour intake call = $250
Follow up two-hour call = $250
(6) one-hour weekly calls = $750
Six hours of creating your custom protocol(s) and pre-call prep/review which averages 30 minutes prior to each call = $750
On call Monday-Friday for eight weeks @ $55/wk = $440
Crafting your custom flower essence formula / two hours with email = $250
(2) month supply of formulas with shipping= $75
Total for Eight Week Program = $2,765
