The Reason My Son Is Here

When I look at my son, I know—without hesitation—that Courtney is the reason he’s here.

My journey to becoming a mother again was layered with challenges I never could have anticipated. Shortly after getting remarried, life became overwhelmingly complex. My daughter was facing a mental health issue, COVID devastated the community I worked for, and I was grieving the loss of dozens of people I cared deeply about. I was navigating intense stress at work, managing family responsibilities, and trying to hold everything together emotionally.

In the middle of all of that, we learned I was struggling with infertility.

We turned to IVF, hoping it would be the answer. Instead, it became one of the most physically and emotionally draining experiences of my life. The daily hormone injections, the side effects, and the emotional toll—on top of everything else—were overwhelming. Out of eight eggs retrieved, only one embryo survived. I became pregnant briefly… and then miscarried.

That loss broke me in a way I wasn’t prepared for. I was physically depleted, emotionally exhausted, and I knew I couldn’t go through that process again.

That’s when I found Courtney.

From the very beginning, her approach was completely different. Instead of forcing my body into pregnancy, she focused on helping my body heal. She guided me through detoxing from the medications and stress my body had endured, supported me with a clean, nourishing lifestyle, and introduced natural protocols that worked with my body instead of against it.

But what truly set Courtney apart was her focus on emotional healing.

She helped me understand how deeply stress, trauma, and emotional overload were impacting my body. Through her guidance, I began to release what I had been carrying for so long and reconnect with myself in a way I hadn’t in years. She reminded me that healing wasn’t just physical—it was mental and emotional, too.

She told me that around four to six months in, “that’s when the magic happens.”

I wanted to believe it—but life continued to test me. Ultimately, I made one of the most important decisions of my life: I stepped away from the work stress that was consuming me.

That same week, everything shifted.

I ovulated.

My husband and I conceived naturally.

Today, we have our son.

I am convinced that this would not have happened without Courtney. She didn’t just support my fertility—she helped me heal my body, my mind, and my spirit. She gave me the space to reset, the tools to rebuild, and the belief that it was still possible.

If you are struggling, if you feel defeated, if your body feels like it’s working against you—please know there is another path.

Courtney is not just a practitioner. She is a guide, an advocate, and a truly life-changing presence.

I will be forever grateful.
